Platform Abuse

Spam and Abuse

Email Communications

When using Impry to send proof notifications and other emails to your customers:

  • Only contact people who have a business relationship with you
  • Include accurate sender information
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly
  • Comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including:

  • Warning or requesting corrective action
  • Temporarily suspending access
  • Permanently terminating your account
  • Reporting illegal activities to authorities
