By accessing or using Impry ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Impry provides an all-in-one operating system for custom product businesses, including product management, inventory tracking, order management, proof approvals, fulfillment, and customer management. The Service allows users to centralize their shop operations in one platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or use the Service for any illegal purpose. 5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service. We retain ownership of all intellectual property related to the Service itself.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your data to third parties. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
